1. Nature of the Service

Patrice is a wealth tracking and visualization tool. It does NOT constitute an investment advisory service within the meaning of the MiFID II Directive (2014/65/EU) or the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier).

2. What Patrice Does

✓Generates automated analyses via artificial intelligence based on your data

3. What Patrice Does NOT Do

✗Does NOT provide ANY personalized investment advice in the regulatory sense
✗Does NOT execute ANY transactions on your behalf
✗Does NOT guarantee ANY return or performance
✗Does NOT substitute for a professional financial advisor

4. How to Interpret Suggestions

Messages displayed by Patrice — including those generated by artificial intelligence — (e.g., "Your equity allocation is below the suggested allocation for your profile") are generic information based on commonly accepted allocation principles in financial literature. They do not constitute recommendations to buy or sell specific financial instruments.

AI analyses are automatically generated from your data and statistical models. They reflect general wealth management principles and do not take into account your complete tax, family, or legal situation.

5. Investment Risks

All investments carry risks, including the risk of capital loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments may fluctuate both upward and downward.

6. Our Recommendation

Before making any investment decision, we strongly recommend consulting a licensed professional:

  • Certified Financial Advisor (Conseiller en Investissements Financiers - CIF) registered with ORIAS
  • Wealth Management Advisor (Conseiller en Gestion de Patrimoine - CGP)
